I work at the intersection of technology execution and leadership.

Over two decades in enterprise digital and marketing technology, I have seen a consistent pattern: organizations rarely struggle because of tools. They struggle because decision-making, ownership and alignment do not scale as fast as technology does.

My writing explores how technology professionals grow into leaders and how organizations succeed or fail at transformation, especially in the AI era.

I work in enterprise digital transformation and marketing technology, helping teams improve execution, delivery models and organizational alignment.

Alongside my professional role, I mentor and coach professionals transitioning from technical roles into leadership roles, and I speak and facilitate discussions on leadership, execution and career evolution in technology.

Technology careers traditionally rewarded technical depth.

AI is accelerating this shift. Many capable professionals find themselves technically strong but organizationally unprepared.

This site is an attempt to make that transition clearer, not through motivational advice, but through practical thinking about how organizations actually function.

Background

I have spent more than 20 years working with large organizations in digital platforms, delivery leadership and transformation programs. My experience spans architecture, program leadership and people development, which shapes the perspective reflected in my essays.
